	Here's a list of FREE kid Art and Recycle craft project, to help promote creativity and imagination with these arts and craft project and arts craft idea made from simple recycled materials. This month June 2009 make a tin can drum out of pain can, milk powder can or coffee powder can.

Make your own Tin Can Drum

You will Need:
1) Tin can with plastic lid (cleaned and
dried).
2) Old gift wrappers / wrapping paper.
3) Two wooden sticks as drum sticks.

Step 1:

Remove the plastic lid from the can. Take the old gift wrappers, measure and cut so that the wrapper wraps around the tin can exactly. (if you do not have any wrapping paper, you can just paint the can with acrylic paint)

Glue on the paper after cutting.
After the glue dries, put the plastic lid back on.

You have your drum now, drum away with the two sticks that you have. (wooden chopsticks or ladle would work too)

You can use any type of tin can with plastic lid, the only difference is the drum's size or even better, make a few from different size tin cans and make a drum set.
