What you need:

1)    9 Crystals or any big round bead - one big, five medium and four small.
2)    String.
3)    Stick on doll eyes
4)    Seed beads
5)    Glue
6)    Scissors.
The Body
Step 1: Pick up 4 seed beads and cross the two ends of the string at the last added bead as shown to achieve one square.
Step 2: Continue this right angle weave by adding 3 beads at a time and crossing the strings at each last added bead - until you reached the 6th square - (to continue to the next row of squares) cross the string at the bead on the right side, add 3 beads and cross the strings through the last added bead again, follow by crossing the red line through the right bead from the previous fifth square. If this is still unclear refer to: Flat Right Angle Weave Instruction.

Continue to add rows of squares until you almost reached the width (measure around a pen / pencil) remember to leave a little space (of around one bead) for the joining part.
Step 3: Joining the body: I used green to represent the joining beads, adding one bead at a time, tying off at the end.
Head
Step 4: String the big crystal / bead on a new line, follow by adding a small crystal, 15 or 18 beads for the ears, loop the line back through the small crystal, add a new small crystal, add another 15 or 18 beads for the other ear, loop the line back through the new small crystal and back through the big crystal.

Glue the two stick on eyes onto the big crystal to form the eyes.
Tying the head to the body
Step 5: Take the string hanging out from the previous step and loop it through the top two beads of the round body you made earlier. Remember to tie off and you can hide the string by looping it back through the beads on the body.
The Hands, legs and tail
Step 6: Attach a new string to the top two beads of the body and add one medium crystal, 5 - 10 seed beads (depending how long you want the hands to be), add two small crystal, 5 - 10 seed beads and one more medium crystal, tie off.
Step 7:  For the legs, add a medium crystal, 20 seed beads, loop the string through the bottom two beads in the front of the body, add another 20 seed beads and one medium crystal, loop the line back through the same way in the opposite direction until you reach back to the other end of the string and tie off.

Add the tail to the back two beads of the body just tie a medium crystal on.
