Easter Egg Shell Vase - Kid Art Project - November 2006

Here's a list of FREE kid Art and Science project, to help promote creativity and imagination with these arts and craft project and arts craft idea made from simple materials. This month November 2006 recycle your Easter egg shells to decorate a vase.

Project of the Month (November)

Make your own Easter Egg Shell Vase

You will Need:
1)   Broken Easter Egg Shells of different colors (dried)
2)   Bottle (glass or plastic) cleaned and dried out.
2)   Art Glue.
Step 1:  Take the bottle (without the cap) coat the whole outside of the bottle with a thick layer of glue.
Stick on the shattered Easter egg shells onto the surface covered with glue.
(you can smash the Easter egg shells into smaller pieces by placing them in a paper bag and smashing it with a paperweight or anything wide and flat)

After covering the exterior of the bottle with colored egg shells, let it dry out and cover with a thick layer of glue.

Let the glue dry out and you have your Easter egg shell vase.
